Yet in my flow I keep methodically applying compartmentalization in efforts to leverage every second. Eg”Nope do that later“”No. 🛑 Do this now!””Wait Ponder this-Let the Next move come to you””My Energy is Vital and I protect it; I prioritize sleep over this or that.”

It comes with experience , time, trial and effort to discover what works for you and just be content in what you excel in and leverage your life to get the most out of every moment and opportunity !

That’s just what I do…

I cook, I clean, I continue & I conquer consciousness : I agree with Ram’ that we must see it as I feel (insert feeling-emotion-etc-;here) because once in search of happiness I realize it’s all from within and I washed dishes then once I knew it all and knew nothing yet through all those times : I still washed dishes.

I can look at your eyes and tell you anything you dare to ask please; ask away :and I’m at peace with being transparent about it all. I’m here to ascend & step into the pain like a surfer steps into the ocean waves; it’s all sensory (pain and pleasure) just ride the journey …

It’s happening and you can stop it but please 🙏🏼 don’t; the ride does get better by simply believing and acting as if it did get better and believe with all your might even if you die I will sing this lullaby; When in that moment that you dread to experience tell yourself;”It’s okay your about to wake up and this will all be over, enjoy these last sensations whatever they may be!”
